Coastal Metabolic Health provides diabetes education and support services. These services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical advice from your doctor or specialist.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

 

 

Fees & Payments

 

Fees are payable at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Medicare rebates may be available with a valid referral where applicable.
